Bailey’s Strawberries and Cream is my new favorite thing to drink, so I’m trying to come up with recipes that use this delicious strawberry Irish cream.
I really like just drinking the Bailey’s Strawberries and Cream over ice, but this adult strawberry milkshake is also amazing. Perfect for day drinking!
And in case you’re worried about gluten, Bailey’s products are gluten-free, so you can enjoy them without any worries. (Even the Red Velvet Baileys is gluten-free! And delicious!)
How to Make a Strawberry Baileys Milkshake
Strawberry Baileys Milkshake Ingredients:
- Vanilla ice cream
- Milk
- Strawberries
- Bailey’s Strawberry and Cream
- Whipped cream for topping
Ingredient Notes
You can use coconut milk and dairy free ice cream to make this recipe. Bailey’s is not dairy free, so keep that in mind if it’s an issue.
I made alcohol free milkshakes first to give to my kids and added the Bailey’s to mine.
Frozen strawberries work if you don’t have fresh strawberries on hand.
How to Make This Recipe
Step 1: Combine all ingredients (except Baileys) in a blender.
Step 2: Blend until thoroughly mixed, scraping the side with a spatula as necessary.
Step 3: Pour into glasses.
Step 4: Add the Baileys afterward and stir with a spoon.
Step 5: Top with whipped cream.
Step 6: Drink with a straw and enjoy.

Ingredients
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 c milk
- 1/2 c strawberries
- 1 oz Bailey's Strawberries and Cream
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except for the Baileys in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glass.
- Add Bailey's and stir with a spoon.
- Add whipped cream to the top if desired.
Notes
If your milkshake is too thick, add a bit more milk and blend more.
Use dairy free ice cream and milk if desired. Ours were made with coconut milk to accommodate my daughter's dairy intolerance.
Frozen strawberries work just as well as fresh.
This recipe is easy to double or triple.
I made this recipe alcohol free in the mixing stage, so that you can give your kids regular milkshakes if you want. Add the liquor to your own and enjoy!
